‘The Women’s Football Yearbook 2018/19’ was published in October 2018 and is available to order on Amazon or direct from Legends publishing. You can of course also ask your local bookshop to order you in a copy.
It’s the second edition of a book which remains the only title of its kind in England. The look and feel of the book has been enhanced since 2017/18 with full colour photos throughout and additional information on the clubs who compete in tiers three and four of English football.
‘The First Ever Women’s Football Yearbook 2017/18’ was self-published by BBC sports journalists Chris Slegg and Tom Garry in October 2018. The very first printed copy of ‘The First Ever Women’s Football Yearbook 2017/18’ was signed by Chelsea manager Emma Hayes (pictured above) and auctioned off with all the money going to IFUCARESHARE, a charity which supports emotional wellbeing in young people and those affected by suicide.
The 2018/19 edition includes exclusive interviews with a leading player from each WSL club. There are team profiles on all 93 clubs competing in the FA WSL, FA Women’s Championship and FA Women’s National League in 2018/19 and all the results and goalscorers from every major competition in 2017/18 as well as a rundown of the major news stories and history of women’s football.
